As it is already accepted, this update is diverse and wide-ranging, which includes new 3D modeling and texturing features, among which is the Curve Pen tool for painting and editing curves, as well as a radically updated set of 3D painting tools.
Also some changes have been made to Cycles rendering, including support for Light Groups, which allows images to be overexposed without re-rendering, as well as fast caustics of shadows and volumetric motion blur.
It is noted that the update breaks compatibility.

Also some new features and improvements of working process have appeared in other core tools, including animation, Grease Pencil, compositing, video editing, and the viewport of virtual reality.

Blender 3.2 is available for Windows 8.1 and up, macOS 10.13 and up, and Linux. It is possible to download the software for free.
